Drake’s Landing
Clay’s Mill Extension / Brannon Crossing
Drake’s Landing is located on the Clay’s Mill Extension / Brannon Crossing. Gale Custom Homes invites you to look through the existing plans or talk through a home built to your vision.
The original Drake’s Landing page describes the community as a place to build from Gale’s existing plans or from a design shaped around your own vision.
Materials published with that page include a draft plat for Drake’s Landing Unit 3, showing streets such as Longridge Drive, Merganser Court, and Canvasback Drive. The original site also referred to Phase 3 and highlighted Lot 30. Those availability notes are not presented here as current. Ask Gale which homesites can be considered now.
