Customizing your home
A Home
That’s Uniquely
Yours.
A published plan can start the conversation. The home itself is assembled around how you live and the selections you are willing to live with.
01 / The plan
Designed Around the Way You Live.
Early questions include how often you entertain, whether you work from home, how much storage you need, how long you expect to live there, and whether parents or other family will share the house. Those answers shape the plan before finishes are chosen.

The Details Make It Yours.
Selections Gale asks owners to specify include trim, doors, cabinets, floors, appliances, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, countertops, shower doors, and hardware. The same architectural plan can vary widely once those choices are made.

03 / Making your selections
The Freedom to Choose. The Clarity to Plan.
Allowances, Not Assumptions.
If a finish is not decided, Gale can price the home with allowances for plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, lighting, and similar items. The recommendation is to visit the vendors and see whether the pieces you prefer sit inside those allowances.
Your Own Suppliers.
Gale will make recommendations and does not require specific vendors for kitchen cabinets, lighting, or plumbing fixtures. You have the flexibility to work with the suppliers you prefer.
Exterior Materials.
Exterior materials include brick, stone, vinyl, wood, and Hardie board, chosen for the character of the home and for the weather they have to meet. Changes during construction are discussed with Jeffrey Gale, including any effect on time or budget.
